Policies
Reschedule Policy
A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit (for permanent makeup services) or 50% of the total service cost (for non-permanent makeup services). A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.
NO SHOW Appointments
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file. You may reschedule your appointment for another date; however, it will be the first available appointment, which could be weeks or months out. Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiting your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking.
