MEDICAL MICROBLADING

SAY HELLO TO CONFIDENCE

with Medical Tattooing.

Medical semi-permanent make-up treatments are a broad subject. Many cosmetic semi-permanent makeup treatments can be performed on various areas of the body. If you have a feature that you are particularly conscious about, semi-permanent make-up could be the answer.

Paramedical treatments and paramedical micropigmentation encompass a series of permanent makeup procedures designed to reduce the visibility of scars, skin grafts, and skin discoloration. Whether improving the appearance of skin abnormalities or minimizing the effects of trauma or surgery, micropigmentation can aid the physical and emotional healing process by restoring harmony and self-esteem. Patients who benefit from paramedical tattooing often suffer from conditions including alopecia, cleft lip and palate, scarring, vitiligo, or webbed toes. Many patients have also previously undergone treatment for burns, breast reconstruction, cancer, skin disease, physical trauma, gender reassignment, and hair loss. Arlette Westphal is proud to offer these life-altering procedures that can also help with hair simulation, nipple creation, or re-pigmentation. It’s important to note that paramedical micropigmentation is not intended to provide medical treatment or cure any medical condition; it is simply a form of cosmetic tattooing. One should always consult with their doctor to get a recommendation before undergoing any paramedical treatments.

Medical and Paramedical Services

 Skin Camouflage

Repigmentation & Scar Camouflage are advised for areas of the skin that have visible scarring due to cuts, burns, or medical procedures that are more than one year old. For those who wish to reduce the visibility of scars, micropigmentation has the ability to break up the scar tissue and correct it with pigment application matching your skin tone so the scar becomes much less noticeable. At Microblading Louisiana beauty studio, we will take the time to speak with you about what you would like to accomplish from the procedures and meticulously mix the exact right color to match your skin tone using only the highest-grade inks.

For optimum results, scars should be at least one year old and should be paler in color than the surrounding skin. Individuals with loss of skin color or those who have Vitiligo can also benefit from repigmentation procedures. Depending on the size of the area that needs to be tattooed, it may take multiple procedures to achieve the desired look, although many clients see significant results after just one procedure. We can help you camouflage any kind of scars on the body as if you never had them before. Scars don’t have to last forever. This procedure camouflages and diminishes the appearance and irregular texture of scarring.

Skin camouflage does not remove the imperfections; however, it improves the aesthetic appearance of such imperfections, leaving patients and clients alike feeling confident and a little more like themselves again.

Inkless Stretch Mark & Scar Revision

Starting at $200 per session, depending on the size of the area.

How Does ISR Work?

Having stretch marks is extremely common. They are caused by the rupture of collagen and elastin in your body. The most common reasons for this include puberty, weight gain or loss, and pregnancy.

Inkless stretch mark removal treats scars and stretch marks by improving skin tone, texture, and color. We tattoo a customized healing serum into the stretch marks to achieve this. This activates the production of collagen, elastin, and melanocytes in the affected area.

Usually, it takes almost four weeks for the affected area to heal. After that, we can determine whether or not you would require additional sessions. ISR treatment is known to generate great and fast results. You will notice almost a 50-100% improvement just after the first session. However, you might require some additional sessions to reach your goal. It is essential to talk to your technician about it. The best part about all of this is that after getting your ISR treatment, you will never have to worry about pigment not matching skin tone or fading over time. It is a great way to improve the appearance of stretch marks and feel more confident.

What is It and Why You Should Go for It?

If you have been exploring skin-friendly treatment options for your stretch marks and scars, you would have come across inkless stretch mark revision several times, right? This ISR treatment has become one of the most popular choices for people looking to treat their scar lines and stretch marks. So, what exactly is ISR, and why should you care about it? Let’s find out.

In simple words, inkless stretch mark revision or ISR is a non-invasive body camouflage cosmetic method used to revise stretch marks on your skin. What is special about this process is that instead of skin pigments, high-quality and skin-friendly healing serum and vitamins are injected to treat stretch marks. This makes the process suitable for everyone above 18 years of age. ISR is totally safe and can be performed on all parts of your body except the face. The results of an ISR treatment are permanent, given your weight remains stable.

So that was all about inkless stretch mark revision. ISR is an excellent cosmetic treatment that delivers all that it promises and then some more! Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) is a form of paramedical tattooing that can add fullness, density, and restoration to the scalp and face. SMP utilizes micro pigmentation to create small dots, giving the appearance of hair follicles and making hair appear thick and full. This is achieved over multiple sessions to achieve a natural blend of density.

Scalp Tattooing or Camouflage – Financing Available!

Baldness and hair loss can be stressful problems for both women and men. Scalp pigmentation or ‘hair stimulation’ is a treatment in which hypoallergenic medical-grade inks are implanted into the dermal layer of the skin. This can help clients rebuild lost confidence or self-esteem due to hair loss/thinning. These inks last 3-5 years depending on the client. This treatment conceals thinning hair or patches by adding density with pigment. For individuals considering hair transplantation but lacking enough donor hair, scalp tattooing can complement this treatment to provide additional coverage or density. Men and women alike are turning to this relatively new procedure to restore their lost confidence. Small dots of ink are implanted using a state-of-the-art precision plus machine.

Alopecia

Alopecia areata, also known as spot baldness, is a condition in which hair is lost from some or all areas of the body. Psychological stress and illness are possible factors in bringing on alopecia areata in individuals at risk, but in most cases, there is no obvious trigger. There is no cure for it, only treatment.

Those who suffer from hair loss or other types of hair loss can greatly benefit from a re-pigmentation procedure that produces natural-looking eyebrows, lashes, or hair. Thinning hair can be blended with pigmented hair strokes to create the illusion of fuller hair. Generally, very minor swelling is involved, and the results are immediate. Re-pigmentation is the most natural hair loss solution for individuals with balding, thinning hair, and transplant scars. It is currently the best non-surgical option available for those experiencing hair loss.

At Microblading Louisiana Beauty studio, our trained professionals will sit down with you to get an understanding of exactly what you’re looking for, then explain the process step by step based on your specific needs. Our permanent makeup experts will ensure your procedure goes as smoothly as possible, and you get to immediately enjoy your new look, with minimal swelling and pain afterwards!

Belly Button Tattooing

Belly button tattooing is a restorative type of tattooing that involves creating hyper-realistic renderings of a belly button. This is a permanent tattoo service for anyone who may have experienced surgical loss of their belly button, including those who have undergone hernia repair, tummy tuck, or other abdominal surgeries. This procedure is completely customized for each client to ensure natural-looking results.

Areola Tattoo / Areola+Nipple Restoration

An areola tattoo is the final step in breast reconstruction, giving our clients their confidence back. Micropigmentation is used to alter the shape, size, and/or color of the nipple(s) and areola(s) to the desired look. This procedure can be done on the natural chest, as well as surgically altered chests after they are fully healed.

Micropigmentation is a non-surgical procedure augmenting breast reconstruction by creating the illusion of a natural, three-dimensional areola and nipple. For women who have undergone mastectomies or may have irregular or fading areolas, this complex intradermal pigmentation and 3-D nipple restoration helps women to recover physically and emotionally from the scars of breast cancer.

AREOLA RESTORATION: More Info

About 6-12 weeks after breast cancer surgery or breast implants/reduction, an areola restoration can be done to create a 3-dimensional look using permanent makeup. This is a great option for those who do not wish to undergo skin grafting and more surgery. To improve the appearance of post-surgical scarring around the circumference of the areola, custom-matched pigments are infused through the areola outward into the scar tissue to camouflage the scars in a natural-looking way. The waiting period for scars to be camouflaged is a 6-12 month period. Only flat, light-colored scars can be successfully treated.

The Areola Restoration Procedure is an advanced permanent makeup procedure to correct the color, size, and shape of the nipple. Such procedures often result in imperfections in the areola or a complete removal of the nipple.

This procedure gives women, and men, the choice of shape, size, and color of the areola and recreates perfectly symmetrical and naturally colored nipples. This procedure is also beneficial to clients who simply have irregular or fading areolas, or prefer larger areolas following breast augmentation. This procedure is also available to men who wish to enhance the appearance of their areolas due to fading or to increase their size.
